How do VAT and conversions work?

Enter the quote including making charges and stones. Switching VAT included/excluded converts the price at the current rate, preserving the same offer. Switching total/per gram uses net gold weight. Final totals are compared after VAT; switching tax off uses a zero rate. Changing the VAT rate or country, or switching VAT on/off, keeps the shop’s final price unchanged and automatically adjusts quotes excluding VAT.
